Welcome to Atlanta Tango Social (ATS). These Terms And Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of atlantatangosocial.com and your purchases of event tickets and products from us. By using the site or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
Who We Are
Atlanta Tango Social hosts Argentine tango milongas, workshops, and community events in the Atlanta and Marietta area, and sells related products such as Very Fine dance shoes and women's tango clothing through our online store.

You agree to use this site lawfully and respectfully. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content for commercial reuse without permission, or misuse another person's account or payment information.
Product descriptions, event schedules, teachers, venues, and prices may change. We try to keep information accurate, but we may correct errors.
Purchases
When you buy tickets or products (including dance shoes and women's tango clothing), you agree to pay the prices shown at checkout, including any taxes and shipping shown. Full payment is required at checkout for store products. Ticket and product sales are also subject to our Refund And Cancellation Policy and Shipping And Fulfillment Policy.
Coupons and discounts cannot be combined unless an offer says otherwise. We may refuse or cancel an order that appears fraudulent, erroneous, or inventory-limited.
If a pricing or inventory error is obvious, we may cancel the order and refund what you paid.
Events And Conduct
ATS events are social dance spaces. We ask everyone to treat partners, teachers, staff, and other guests with care and respect. We may refuse entry or ask someone to leave if conduct is unsafe, harassing, or disruptive, without a refund when the removal is for misconduct.
Assumption Of Risk
Argentine tango and related dance activities involve physical movement, close partner connection, and shared floors. By attending, you acknowledge that dance carries inherent risks of injury or property loss, and you participate voluntarily. You are responsible for dancing within your ability, communicating boundaries, and taking care of your belongings. ATS is not liable for injuries or losses arising from ordinary participation, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct where the law does not allow that limit.
Photos And Video
We (and guests we authorize) may take photos or video at events for community and promotional use. By attending, you consent to incidental appearance in such media. If you prefer not to be featured, tell us at the door or email us and we will make reasonable efforts to respect that.
Intellectual Property
Site content, branding, and materials provided by ATS are owned by ATS or our licensors. You may not copy or redistribute them for commercial purposes without permission.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by Georgia law, ATS and its organizers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use, ticket or product purchases, or event attendance. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms for future visits and purchases.
